Description
The City of Philadelphia, through the Philadelphia Municipal Authority (PMA), is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide a tax-exempt direct draw, non-revolving line of credit or similar bank facility in the amount of $225,000,000. The City expects to make a single draw on the facility, up to the full commitment amount, which will be repaid within three months of being drawn. The facility must be in place by November 16, 2026. Proposals must include responses to a detailed questionnaire covering general information, pricing, covenants, and alternative proposals. The City will evaluate proposals based on the most advantageous terms and reserves the right to negotiate with one or more firms. The deadline for submission is September 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM Philadelphia local time.
