Description
The Canaveral Port Authority is soliciting proposals for a Design-Build project to construct an overflow parking garage at Cruise Terminal 2. This is a one-step RFP process that includes evaluation of qualifications, presentations, design, technical aspects, pricing, and scheduling. Proposals can be downloaded from the CPA website via the VendorLink link. Inquiries should be directed to Karen Pappas at kpappas@portcanaveral.com or (321) 394-3219. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 445 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. Sealed proposals must be received by the Canaveral Port Authority, Maritime Purchasing Center, 399 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920, by July 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. An electronic copy must also be uploaded through VendorLink by the same deadline. All responding teams are required to attend presentations on August 5, 2026. A selection committee meeting will follow at 2:00 PM at the Maritime Purchasing Center to review proposals and prepare a final ranking for the Board of Commissioners' approval on August 19, 2026.
