The proposals will be opened and read aloud at Public Works on Thursday October 1st, 2026 at 8:00 am (EST). Description
The City of Waterville is soliciting sealed bids for one new, unused compact track loader with accessory equipment. The specified unit is a Bobcat T650 or approved equal, with a minimum 74-horsepower liquid-cooled diesel engine, 2,500-pound rated operating capacity, vertical lift path, hydrostatic drive, specified dimensions, hydraulic systems, rubber tracks, heated OSHA-compliant ROPS/FOPS cab, lighting and safety equipment, auxiliary hydraulics, rear camera, Bluetooth radio, and related features. The bid includes an 80-inch cutting-edge grading bucket, a 96-inch grader, machine filters, and service, parts, and operator manuals. Bidders may also provide a trade-in allowance for a 2008 Bobcat T140 with bucket, snowblower, and dozer blade, and may price an extended warranty. The equipment must be delivered within the period stated in the bid form, not exceeding 60 days after contract award. Insurance and a performance bond are expressly not required.
