Description
The City of Lynn is soliciting bids for Phase 3 improvements at Gannon Municipal Golf Course. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for bunker renovations; tee expansion and improvements; and repair and construction of bituminous concrete cart paths in accordance with the plans and specifications. The estimated construction cost is $700,000, including alternates. Bidders must demonstrate successful experience with similar golf course and golf path renovation projects and include prior-project information. The bid must use the City-provided bid forms and include a five-percent bid deposit based on the total bid price, including alternates. The successful bidder must provide a payment bond equal to 50% of the total bid. Work is scheduled to begin on or about November 16, 2026, and be completed by May 21, 2027.
