Description
The United States Coast Guard is procuring one new, commercially available high-pressure air compressor under a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The compressor must be air-cooled, operate on 220V AC, three-phase, 60 Hz, provide at least 11.3 SCFM (320 L/min), and fill two 80-cubic-foot DOT-rated pressure cylinders to 3,000 psi. It must include a two-bottle fill manifold and whips compatible with CGA 347 SCBA valves, remain within 48 inches wide by 48 inches long by 80 inches high, and be supplied new rather than refurbished. The compressor will not be used for breathing air, and an integrated breathing-air purification system is not required. The 10-minute cylinder fill time is a design guideline rather than a mandatory performance requirement; the compressor is not required to meet the minimum charge rate and fill-time guideline simultaneously. The contractor must provide product and service details, a product data sheet, a detailed cost breakdown, warranty information, and original-equipment-manufacturer operations and maintenance manuals. Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead and include unit cost, extended price, total price, payment terms, any prompt-payment discount, and the company's UEI and CAGE code. Installation, integration, setup, and training are excluded and will be performed by Coast Guard personnel. Delivery is FOB destination and must be completed by December 31, 2026. Award will consider specification compliance, price, past performance, and quality; active SAM.gov registration is required.
