Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a supplier for the fabrication and delivery of shingle-style clay roof tiles for the replacement of the high-slope clay tile roof at Punderson State Park Lodge. The requested field tiles are 7 inches wide by 12 inches long by 5/8 inch thick, with a standard color and texture matching the existing tile, and must meet ASTM C1167 Grade 1 requirements with a minimum 75-year material warranty. The scope is for tile material only and includes V-shaped ridge and hipped ridge tiles, closure pieces for the top, eave, and rake, and graduated tile for the conical roof. The supplier must provide a lump-sum price including delivery and all required accessories, submit a detailed parts list with quantities and delivery timing, and bid all items. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the low lot total.
