Description
The Springfield-Greene County Park Board seeks a comprehensive asset management plan covering a specified group of park facilities, with an optional expansion to additional facilities. The work includes reviewing and consolidating existing asset data; conducting field inventories where needed; establishing asset definitions, hierarchies, classes, and data standards; and performing visual condition assessments, replacement-cost estimates, risk assessments, and lifecycle cost analyses. Deliverables include an asset register, asset-management strategies, funding forecasts, and related dashboards and reports. The selected firm must configure and implement a cloud-based asset-management decision-support platform, populate it with project data, and train Park Board staff. The optional asset management plan report would document the findings and recommendations. Proposals must include the specified provider, experience, personnel, approach, and pricing forms, along with the required certifications and SaaS spreadsheet. The work authorization affidavit and E-Verify signature page are required before contract issuance when applicable; insurance and other listed items are post-award requirements.
