Description
The State of Indiana Department of Administration, Public Works Division is soliciting bids for a public works construction project to plug oil and gas wells at Posey Cypress Slough. Bids are limited to prime contractors holding a current Certificate of Qualification and pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in classification 1799.06, Oil Well Services. The stated construction period runs through March 31, 2028. The project has a 3% Indiana Veteran-Owned Small Business (IVOSB) goal. Minority contractors are encouraged to bid as prime contractors or through a prime contractor.
