Description
The State of North Dakota, through the Department of Trust Lands, is seeking responses from vendors that can provide specialized oil and gas mineral asset advisory services and mineral management software. The scope includes mineral asset valuation, production forecasting, drilling activity analysis, market analysis and outlooks, and executive-level reporting to support valuation, monitoring, and management of the state’s oil and gas mineral assets. The notice describes an initial mineral estate assessment and limited software license, followed by annual software subscriptions and per-well valuation updates.
