Description
The City of Evansville is soliciting bids for construction and installation of ADA sidewalk improvements in accordance with the contract drawings, technical specifications, and any addenda. Bidders must submit the standard Indiana Form No. 96 (Revised 2026), a signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the total bid. The successful contractor must provide a performance bond equal to 100% of the bid price, effective for 12 months from acceptance of the work. Bidders must also list all subcontractors and each subcontractor’s percentage of the contract.
