Description
The contractor will obtain rights of entry from utility customers and investigate water service lines in designated areas of the utility’s service area. The contractor must document service-line materials and connectors using the utility’s supplied digital form. The work also includes supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, milling, pavement restoration, and other work needed to complete the specifications. The project is funded in whole or in part through a State Revolving Fund loan and includes applicable federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon wage requirements.
