Description
The project involves relocating approximately 2,500 linear feet of 14-inch water main with 16-inch SDR18 PVC C-900 water main, largely using horizontal directional drilling. Work includes associated fittings, taps, valves, hydrants, and service reconnections as required by the plans. Alternate A covers relocation of approximately 1,950 linear feet of 6-inch water main with 8-inch SDR18 PVC C-900 water main, also largely using horizontal directional drilling, with associated fittings, taps, valves, hydrants, and service reconnections. Bids are requested for a single-prime contract.
