Description
Reitz Memorial High School seeks symmetrical internet access and data transmission with guaranteed throughput, starting at approximately 2 Gbps and scalable to approximately 5 Gbps. The proposal should include a fiber handoff, approximately five public IPv4 addresses, pricing for additional addresses, and optional IPv6 pricing. Respondents should describe the service pathway, any necessary provider-owned onsite equipment, available resiliency or security features, and any construction or installation costs separately from recurring charges. Proposals must include detailed recurring and nonrecurring pricing by service tier, a proposed SLA addressing availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, reporting, and outage response, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract. The requested term is three years with up to two optional one-year extensions. Service is contingent on E-Rate funding.
