Description
Community High School District 155 is seeking sealed bids for its 2027 Capital Improvements Project. The work is divided into six bid packages: general trades; flooring; plumbing; mechanical; electrical; and asphalt pavement and site concrete. Bidders must complete pre-qualification before submitting a bid, including an AIA A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement. Each bid must include bid security equal to at least 10% of the base bid in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the bid. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
