Description
This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the U.S. Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) solicits proposals for the research and development of new and novel ideas to advance armament and associated systems. The BAA covers a wide spectrum of technology areas, including advanced materials, electronics, sensors, manufacturing technology, power and energy, energetics, armament design, fuze technology, autonomy, disruptive lethality concepts, advanced fire control, and next-generation logistics. Proposals are sought for scientific study and experimentation aimed at advancing the state of the art and increasing knowledge within the Armaments Center's technical community. Offerors are encouraged to submit white papers initially, with promising submissions invited to submit full proposals. The preferred period of performance for proposals is up to three years, funded incrementally. The BAA is continuously open for submissions until its expiration date.
