Description
The Borough of Seaside Park is seeking a Financial Advisor Planner for a one-year term ending December 31, 2027. The selected firm will advise municipal management on fiscal and budgetary matters and assist with debt issuance and financing activities. The scope includes reviewing existing debt and developing financing plans, preparing financing timetables, coordinating financing teams, reviewing preliminary and official statements, presenting to bond-rating agencies, monitoring markets and comparable sales, updating debt-service schedules, preparing debt-issuance reports, assisting with required annual filings, and providing ongoing financial advice. Proposals must include a fee schedule and estimated out-of-pocket expenses, along with an executive summary, staffing plan and resumes, relevant experience, New Jersey presence, conflicts disclosures, minimum-qualification documentation, ownership and non-collusion certifications, the bid proposal form, required statutory certifications, and acknowledgment of addenda.
