(CR690) & LAWRENCE CORNER RD (CR 621) TOWNSHIP OF PITTSGROVE FOR THE COUNTY OF SALEM, SALEM COUNTY PROJECT #26-1497 BID# 26-27 Bid Documents may be downloaded at http://salempurchasing.org Purchasing Portal Commodity Code(s): 1. Construction - Road Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action, P.L. 1977. C. 33, as amended by P.L. 2016, C. 43 (N.J.S.A 52:25-24.2) Corporate Disclosure, P.L 2009, C. 315 New Jersey Business Registration and P.L. 1999, C. 238, Public Works Contractor Registration and the 1963 Revised Statutes of New Jersey, Chapter 150, Prevailing Wages. The successful contractor shall be required to submit Certified Payroll Forms on this project.
