Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Rock Island at Picatinny is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for Hexagon coordinate measuring machine preventative maintenance, calibration, software support, hardware repair, parts coverage, software upgrades, and emergency repair services for five CMMs and one portable CMM supporting the DEVCOM Armaments Center Quality Engineering & Systems Assurance laboratory. The requirement includes a one-year Hexagon MyCare hardware preventative maintenance and calibration agreement or service subscription, software support, a parts blanket, helpdesk support, and associated repair services. The procurement is a 100% sole-source, brand-name requirement for Hexagon Metrology Corporation. The contract includes one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Quotes must provide firm-fixed prices for all listed line items and meet the RFQ specifications, provisions, clauses, and delivery requirements. The quote deadline has been extended to October 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time.
