Description
Rogersville Water Works and Sewer Board is soliciting sealed bids for a labor-only construction contract to remove existing water meters and install 2,140 Owner-furnished Neptune AMR water meters and related appurtenances. The successful bidder must be properly licensed to perform construction work in Alabama and display its current license number on the sealed bid package. Performance and labor and material payment bonds, proof of insurance, and a complete list of subcontractors and suppliers are required before contract signing; each bond must equal 100% of the contract cost. Bid documents must be purchased through The Kelley Group's online plan room, and bids must be submitted as sealed packages.
