Description
North East Independent School District is seeking proposals for beverage products, machines, and supplies; food equipment, machines, and supplies for catering, concession, kitchen, storage, and vending applications; and appliances, refrigeration equipment, supplies, and related services for its school nutrition operations. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed quantities or dollar amounts. This is an Extended Response Period procurement with multiple vendors eligible for incremental awards as responses are received and evaluated through December 31, 2029. The initial contract term is one year from the award-letter date, with up to four additional one-year extensions. The electronic response requires supplier registration and includes pricing, company information, three references for substantially similar work, and required forms and attachments, including Form 1295, a notarized Hold Harmless Agreement, proof of insurance, Form CIQ, the contractor fingerprinting packet, Form W-9, and the Vendor Inquiry Form.
