Description
The St. Charles Park District is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of the River View Mini Golf Course. Work includes concrete paving, curbs and stairs; artificial turf, artificial boulders, and a limestone outcrop; a composite deck bridge, railings, fencing, a fabric shade structure, miniature golf features and signage; benches; hose bibs and water lines; catenary lighting and electrical wiring; landscaping; and lawn restoration. This rebid focuses on the miniature golf course and exterior improvements and excludes the previously contemplated full building renovation. A 10% bid surety is required with the proposal. The successful contractor must provide a satisfactory performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and proof of insurance following award. The work is subject to applicable City rules and regulations and Kane County prevailing-wage requirements. Bids remain firm for 60 days after opening.
