Description
The St. Charles Park District is soliciting separate sealed bids for improvements at Pottawatomie Golf Course. The primary work consists of removing and replacing the retaining walls between 2nd Avenue and the first tee box, along with improving the cart paths around the first tee box. Bid documents are available for printing or download through Accurate Repro, Inc.'s Planroom. A non-mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will provide an opportunity to walk the project location and ask questions. The Park District encourages participation by minorities, females, and persons with disabilities to the maximum extent feasible and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
