Description
Grand Haven Area Public Schools is soliciting a complete Category 6 Ethernet cabling installation for public-address speaker endpoints at the Education Service Center, Grand Haven High School, Griffin Elementary School, and Lakeshore Middle School. The contractor must provide labor, installation accessories, supports, penetrations, conduits, terminations, labeling, testing, cleanup, and related equipment, while using the provided cabling and materials where specified. Work must be performed outside school hours and completed in accordance with the T568B standard. The proposal must include a completed Bill of Materials, at least three references for similar work performed within the past three years, a notarized Familial Disclosure Affidavit, and a notarized Iran Linked Business affidavit. At least one certified individual must be available for each of the specified BICSI and Panduit qualifications. The awarded contractor will also be responsible for as-built diagrams, testing documentation, system labeling, and a one-year guarantee covering workmanship, materials, and system performance.
