Description
The City of Holland is soliciting bids for Phase 2 construction of an approximately 86,000-square-foot multi-sport recreational facility in Holland, Michigan. The bid package covers all remaining work divisions; Division 31 sitework has already been awarded and will not be rebid. Bidders must submit completed bid forms in duplicate, include the cost of payment and performance bonds in the base bid, and provide bid security or a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. Bid documents include drawings, specifications, front-end and work-scope documents, the project schedule, and a geotechnical report. Bids must be sealed and clearly labeled with the bidder's company name, project name, and work category.
