Description
The Mississippi Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Mississippi Forensic Laboratory, is seeking one contractor to provide annual calibration and equipment certification services for laboratory instruments across its Pearl, Meridian, Gulf Coast, Batesville, and Oxford facilities. The scope includes calibration of chemical fume hoods, scales, balances, centrifuges, pipettes, gauge blocks, UCADs, calipers, biosafety cabinets, autoclaves, pressure gauges, flow meters, thermometers, graduated cylinders, and related travel charges. The contractor must be ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, with an accreditation scope covering the required services, and must be capable of performing field calibration on site. Bidders must provide unit pricing for all listed items, demonstrate the required qualifications, submit three professional references, and provide current accreditation certification and scope documentation. The contract term is 48 months, with one possible one-year renewal.
