Description
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center Commission is seeking qualification packets from professionals licensed in Alabama to provide mechanical engineering services for multiple miscellaneous projects under an open-ended professional services agreement. The anticipated scope includes small renovation designs, facilities upgrades, new facility concepts, and museum grounds updates. The estimated total project budget is $4,000,000. The agreement term is two years, with an option to extend by mutual agreement. Respondents must provide a letter of interest, GSA Standard Form 330 for the prime firm and proposed consultants, an Alabama Vendor Disclosure Statement, an Alabama architect or engineer license, relevant project information, organizational information, at least five years of experience working with the Alabama Division of Construction Management, at least five recently completed relevant projects, and applicable references. The submission requires three hard copies and three electronic copies on disk or flash drive.
