Description
The Mississippi State Department of Health is soliciting quotes for cancer survivorship evaluation services. The scope includes survivorship planning meetings, biweekly telephone technical assistance, development and deployment of survivor and caregiver surveys and needs assessments through Qualtrics, and assistance with required IRB applications when surveys are administered. The contractor will also support survivorship workplan evaluation, identify community health measures and existing data sources, monitor and develop reports and presentations, prepare and analyze surveys, assist with identifying and applying for related funding opportunities, and support grant reporting. Vendors must demonstrate at least 10 years of similar experience and provide personnel with one of the specified doctoral or professional degrees. The estimated contract period runs from execution through June 30, 2027, with potential one-year renewals up to a cumulative five-year term.
