Description
Santa Fe Community College is requesting proposals from qualified firms to update its 2021 Institutional Campus Master Plan. The scope includes assessment of current facility utilization, future space and organizational needs, enrollment and demographic trends, academic and workforce program needs, campus access, site character, facilities and site improvement projects, design guidelines, implementation strategies, sustainability planning, technology planning, utilities, safety and security, and funding strategies for capital projects. The selected contractor will work with the Master Plan Committee and Governing Board through interviews, workshops, briefings, review sessions, and presentations. The work must include an update to the Facilities Condition Assessment and Facilities Condition Index, a final report, draft-plan review phases, presentation materials, meeting agendas and minutes, and presentations to campus and community groups. The plan is intended to establish a long-range, 20-year framework and support adoption by March 2027. Proposals must include qualifications, relevant experience, methodology, project personnel resumes, schedule, and a phase-by-phase cost proposal with applicable gross receipts tax shown separately.
