Description
The First Judicial District Court is soliciting professional services to support its Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. The contractor will coordinate and facilitate monthly council, committee, and subcommittee meetings; prepare agendas and minutes or notes; maintain membership and attendance records; provide status updates; and support communication and member participation. The scope also includes surveying and meeting with members and stakeholders to develop a five-year strategic plan; assessing council operations, governance, and organizational structure; preparing an operational improvement roadmap and proposed bylaw amendments; identifying and assisting with crime-reduction grant and technical-assistance opportunities; and helping develop data-sharing agreements and methods among member agencies. The initial term runs from December 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with possible annual renewals. The sample contract states a maximum aggregate compensation of $120,000, including gross receipts tax.
