The purpose of the RFP is to solicit sealed proposals to establish Contract(s) through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional engineering services to facilitate various water projects for the New Mexico Self-Insurers' Fund and the New Mexico Municipal League's members around the State of New Mexico. The New Mexico Self-Insurers' Fund is soliciting sealed proposals through competitive negotiations to establish one or more contracts for professional engineering services supporting various water projects for the Fund and members of the New Mexico Municipal League throughout New Mexico. The notice states that the RFP will be issued on September 21, 2026, and that no pre-proposal conference will be held. The proposal due date is November 19, 2026. The full RFP is to be obtained from the issuing organization’s website or from the Procurement Manager.
