Description
The State of New Mexico General Services Department, Facilities Management Division, is seeking professional consulting services to support the continued development, implementation, and long-term maintenance of its Enterprise Space Management Program. The scope includes facility and space inventory assessments; field verification; occupancy and departmental assignment validation; square-footage calculations; room classifications; space planning; utilization studies; workplace planning; move management; portfolio analysis; strategic facilities planning; project management; training; and knowledge transfer. The contractor will also provide CAD, BOMA, BIM, and GIS services; create, update, convert, and maintain electronic floor plans and geospatial facility data; collect, validate, migrate, govern, and quality-assure facility information; and develop reports, dashboards, maps, and analytical products. Phase one covers the specifically listed state-owned and leased facilities in Santa Fe. The State already uses FacilityForce's Operate IWMS platform; the contractor will not receive direct access to State enterprise systems and must deliver CAD, BIM, GIS, and related documentation through State-approved methods. Work authorizations, including those covering multiple facilities, generally must be completed within 90 calendar days, with limited extensions subject to approval. The contract has a one-year term with the ability to reauthorize for up to four additional years and will result in a single award.
