Legal #95738 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Cooperative Educational Services (CES) is accepting proposals in CES` online eProcurement system (https:// eprocurement.ces. org) until Friday, October 16, 2026, 4:00 PM local time, for: 2027-15 Integrated Payment, Point-of-Sale & Management Systems and Related Services Release Date: Friday, September 18, 2026, non-mandatory Pre-Proposal virtual (online) meeting: Tuesday September 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time (via Microsoft TEAMS). To participate in the PreProposal meeting by “TEAMS Meeting”, the login information is in the CES eProcurement system under RFP Document tab in Schedule of Events tab and Schedule & Activities tab. Description
Cooperative Educational Services is soliciting proposals for integrated payment, point-of-sale, and management systems and related services under RFP 2027-15. Proposals must be submitted through the CES online eProcurement system by the stated deadline. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams. Meeting access information is available in the eProcurement system's RFP Document and Schedule of Events materials.
