Legal Notice # 21942864 Notice to Bidders Bid No: B26-005 Bid Description: First Aid, CPR, Narcan Administration and Bleeding Control Training Advertisement Date: August 24, 2026 Bid Opening Date and Time: September 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Bid Submission Instructions defined in the bid document. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at the bid opening date and time. Further information regarding the bid opening process can be found in the bid document. Bid documents can be accessed by visiting the Empire State Purchasing Group website at: bidnetdirect.com/new-york/sunysuffolk, and clicking on the link to complete your registration. Once registered, firms can then access the bid documents. If you are already registered as a vendor on this system, you do not need to register again. Bids must be made upon and in accordance with the forms and documents provided by the college, which will contain accompanying instructions to bidders.

Suffolk County Community College is soliciting an authorized training provider to deliver on-site, instructor-led CPR/AED, First Aid, Naloxone (Narcan) Administration, and Bleeding Control training for Public Safety personnel, faculty, staff, students, and other College-designated participants. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at any of the College’s three campuses and must include qualified instructors, hands-on training materials and equipment, practical skills instruction, participant certification documentation, and training consistent with current nationally recognized standards. Online or hybrid instruction may supplement in-person training when approved by the College. The scope also includes optional refresher training and an authorized train-the-trainer instructor certification program for designated Public Safety Officers. Bidders must provide evidence of at least three years of relevant experience, applicable organizational authorizations, active instructor certifications, and information about the proposed instructor certification program. Pricing must be all-inclusive for the specified training and certification services, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities; bidders may submit offers for Lot 1 training services, Lot 2 train-the-trainer services, or both.
