Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking 30,500 packages of open-pollinated vegetable seeds, comprising chilli, eggplant, yard-long bean, cucumber, pumpkin, okra, and bitter gourd. The seeds must meet minimum germination and purity requirements, include laboratory germination, purity, and moisture test results issued within one year, and preferably be local varieties. Packaging must be durable, moisture-resistant, properly sealed, and labeled with the seed variety and quality. The supplier must deliver the seeds under DAP terms to MinByar, MyaeBon, and Pauktaw Townships in Rakhine State, with delivery required within 30 days after contract signature. The supplier must provide a six-month warranty covering specification stability and replacement of defective or nonconforming seeds, including transportation and related costs. Quotations must include the required quotation forms, technical and financial offer, business registration or license, seed test documentation, packaging sample picture, relevant agricultural-input contract evidence, and financial-capacity documentation.
