CITY OF ANOKA ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids for the construction of the Green Haven Golf Course Renovation Project will be received by the City of Anoka, electronically through the online electronic bid service QuestCDN until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders may attend the bid opening in person at the Anoka City Hall. Once all electronic bids have been reviewed and accepted (AS READ), the Bid results will be shared with all Bidders. Bid results may be viewed at www.questcdn.com. Summary of work: The work includes tree clearing, golf course green, tee, fairway & bunker construction; pond construction, drainage, cart path paving, irrigation, grassing and installation of a new pump station. Description
The City of Anoka is accepting bids for the Green Haven Golf Course Renovation Project. The work includes tree clearing, golf course green, tee, fairway and bunker construction; pond construction, drainage, cart path paving, irrigation, grassing, and installation of a new pump station. The project is divided into two separate contracts: Phase 1a in one contract, and Phases 1b, 2, and 3 in a separate contract. Bids will be received electronically through QuestCDN until 2:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at Anoka City Hall.
