Description
The University of South Carolina is seeking quotes from a qualified contractor for the FY25 MRR – Interior – Upstate Address Window/Caulk project. The work includes removing and replacing existing wall panels shown on the drawings, installing sealant in the laps of new wall panels and where new panels overlap existing panels, and completing all associated wall detail work. The advertised construction cost range is $45,000 to $65,000. The solicitation identifies a prime contractor license special standard of responsibility requiring BD1 and NR1 classifications. Quotes must be submitted by email.
