Description
The Hudson Valley Developmental Disabilities Service Office is seeking quotes for roof replacement at Riley Road IRA. The awarded contractor must provide materials and labor, complete the work within 30 days of receiving the purchase order, comply with New York prevailing-wage requirements, and provide a one-year warranty on materials and labor. Subcontracting is not permitted. Quotes must use the agency's Quote Proposal Form and include a completed Cost Breakdown Form covering materials, equipment, labor, overhead, and profit. Pricing is also required for optional plywood, fascia, fascia wrap, and solid or vented soffit work; these items will be installed only if required and approved by the Facility Project Manager. The contractor must attend one of the mandatory site visits, demonstrate two years of relevant experience upon request, and submit the required contractor references form. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements and New York State contractor-registration requirements.
