Description
Spartanburg County is soliciting a contractor for the Timberlake Circle Culvert Replacement Project. The work includes clearing and grubbing, asphalt removal, demolition, installation of a reinforced concrete culvert and wing walls, site grading, asphalt paving, erosion control, grass establishment, driveway tie-ins, traffic control, utility coordination, and related infrastructure work. The contractor must comply with applicable Spartanburg County, South Carolina Department of Transportation, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control requirements. The project is a unit-price contract, requires a mandatory pre-construction conference before work begins, and includes a one-year written warranty from acceptance. The contractor must provide traffic control, coordinate utilities and 811 locate tickets, submit weekly two-week look-ahead schedules, and complete the work within the number of days specified after receipt of the purchase order; the number of days is blank in the provided provisions.
