Davidson County is seeking qualification statements and service proposals from a consultant to evaluate, develop, market, solicit, negotiate, secure, and implement corporate naming rights and sponsorship opportunities for a county-owned sports complex and related events. The scope includes the overall complex, aquatics center, pavilion, water park and pool, multipurpose and baseball fields, concession stands, disc-golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, and a cross-country course, which are under construction. The selected consultant will conduct market and asset-value analyses; develop sponsorship inventories, pricing, policies, sales and marketing strategies; identify regional and national prospects; lead outreach and negotiations; assist with legal and contractual documents; support sponsorship activation and fulfillment; monitor post-sale performance; and provide ongoing consulting. The proposal must address relevant experience, key personnel, comparable references, measurable results, national-brand reach, approach, performance metrics, fee structure, completion time, and County responsibilities. Subcontracting is prohibited, and the awarded vendor must perform 100% of the scope.
