Description
The New Jersey Department of Transportation is soliciting one technical proposal for construction inspection services for the Adams Lane (County Route 608) Bridge over Amtrak in North Brunswick Township. The selected consultant will provide a project manager, an assistant resident engineer/office engineer, a bridge inspector, and a schedule analyst to oversee construction compliance with NJDOT policies, procedures, plans, and specifications. The scope includes roadway and bridge construction inspection, project management, office engineering, review of contractor schedules, and schedule analysis for a project involving bridge and roadway improvements. Key staff must meet specified qualifications, including NICET or equivalent credentials and relevant road, bridge, railroad, and NJDOT experience. The project is expected to run from November 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030, with staff availability required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays where project staging requires it. The technical proposal must include a letter of transmittal, mandatory qualification and administrative materials, resumes, references, certified-firm utilization information, team commitment certification, and other specified proposal materials.
