NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Twin Lakes Clubhouse – Roof Replacement Notice is hereby given to potential Bidders that the Salt Creek Park District will be receiving sealed bids for roof replacement of the Twin Lakes Clubhouse located at 1200 East Twin Lake Drive, Palatine IL 60074. The scope of this project is as follows and identified in the documents: Install New Asphalt Shingle System, Additive 1: New 6” K-style Gutters, Additive 2: Gutter Guards, Additive 3: New Attic Venting Baffles, and Additive 4: Replace Heat Tape Specifications may be obtained on September 4,2026 at saltcreekpd.com/new-projects/ or by contacting cpaisley@saltcreekpc.com. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid: Twin Lakes Clubhouse – Roof Replacement" and addressed to the Salt Creek Park District, 530 South Williams Avenue, Palatine, IL 60074, Attention: Chris Paisley, Director of Parks & Planning. Description
The Salt Creek Park District is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the Twin Lakes Clubhouse roof with a new asphalt shingle system. Additive options include new six-inch K-style gutters, gutter guards, attic venting baffles, and replacement heat tape. Specifications are available beginning September 4, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid: Twin Lakes Clubhouse - Roof Replacement.”
