Description
The Village of Hanover Park is soliciting sealed bids for the Greenbrook Tanglewood Paving Improvement Project. Complete bid documents are available from the Village website beginning September 10, 2026. The contract requires compliance with Illinois prevailing-wage requirements and Public Act 30 ILCS 570 concerning the employment of Illinois workers on public works projects. Bidders must submit 10% bid security, provide a 100% performance bond, and submit three original copies of the signed bid.
