Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District is soliciting one firm-fixed-price contract under sealed-bid procedures for construction of a standard Automated Infantry Platoon Battle Course at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The estimated construction magnitude is between $10 million and $25 million, and the acquisition is full and open under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The scope includes the battle course; small arms range operations control area; small control tower; operations and storage building; covered bleacher; covered mess; ammunition breakdown building; building information systems; latrine pads; electric service; site improvements; and supporting information systems. Post Construction Award Services, cybersecurity measures, and sustainability and energy measures are also included. The period of performance is 720 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module, and offerors must maintain active System for Award Management registration and an active Proposal Manager role in PIEE.
