Description
Robla School District is soliciting proposals for installation and ongoing internet service and data transport supporting its sites. The requested solution must provide scalable bandwidth from 100 Mbps through 1 Gbps, with pricing at 100 Mbps, 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps. Proposals should separately identify internet access, installation, hardware, circuit, and other required costs; include necessary hardware, routing configuration including BGP if needed, connectivity monitoring and troubleshooting, and one dedicated routable IP address. Fiber-optic, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, Ethernet, and other transport solutions will be considered. The solicitation requests either a three-year term with two one-year extension options or a five-year term. The provider must be a certified reseller, participate in the California Teleconnect Program, provide a valid SPIN, FCC Registration Number, and FCC Green Light status, and comply with applicable E-Rate requirements. The proposal must include service-provider information, an SLA, an implementation timeline beginning July 1, 2027, three reference sites with at least three years of service, pricing, and the required completed forms and certifications. Insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence is required before services begin, with the district named as an additional insured.
