Description
The Town of Cheektowaga is soliciting sealed bids for furnishing equipment and operators to perform controlled demolition of fire-damaged and structurally deficient structures on privately owned residential and commercial properties. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis as directed by the Office of Building, Plumbing and Fire Safety during the period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. Each proposal must include bid security equal to five percent of the total bid, provided as either a certified check payable to the Town of Cheektowaga or a bond with sufficient sureties approved by the Town Attorney.
