Description

The City of Medford, through its Recreation Department, is soliciting sealed electronic bids for improvements at the Condon Shell site at 2501 Mystic Valley Parkway. The work includes furnishing and installing pedestrian-scale walkway lights, stage and spectator lighting, electrical connections to the existing panel, conduits, wiring, controls, concrete foundations, and related electrical improvements. The project also includes demolition and site preparation, earthwork, paving and concrete work, temporary fencing and barriers, environmental and tree protection, lawn restoration, project signage, permits, traffic and pedestrian management, and coordination around MWRA water infrastructure. The lighting system must provide specified illumination levels, glare and spill-light control, remote monitoring and control, and a 10-year warranty and maintenance commitment. Bidders must provide five similar landscape-construction project references, bid security, and comply with prevailing-wage, insurance, and bonding requirements.
