Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont, is soliciting bids for dairy and cheese items for the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The solicitation includes specifications for butter (whipped and regular) and grated Parmesan or Parmesan and Romano mixed cheese. Vendors must comply with the National Menu Specifications. Delivery is expected to begin as early as July 6, 2026, with the period of performance from July 6, 2026, to July 31, 2026. All potential quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in their quotes. Pricing must be placed on the provided National Menu Specifications Quote Sheets.
