Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles is seeking a service provider for recurring parking garage and parking lot cleaning. The scope includes bi-weekly sweeping at 2600 Wilshire Boulevard, semi-annual garage pressure washing, sweeping across four parking-lot sections at 6946 Van Nuys Boulevard, and five annual on-call debris-pickup trips. Additional sweeping, pressure washing, and debris pickup may be requested at HACLA-owned properties on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials; use a HEPA vacuum in the garage; suction and properly dispose of wastewater; protect vehicles, electrical equipment, doors, drains, and mechanical areas; comply with California water-drought regulations; and perform sweeping outside business hours or on weekends, with pressure washing on weekends. Pricing must be fully burdened and submitted using the provided quote form. The proposed contract is for one year with four option terms.
