Description
The project renovates the existing gang restrooms at the north end of Union Station. Work includes professional cleaning after completion, replacing damaged wall tile, painting ceilings, installing toilet accessories and millwork to match existing, and replacing mechanical covers and grilles, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures. The work may also include replacing toilet partitions and gypsum board ceilings to match existing conditions. Bidders must submit a lump-sum bid using the provided proposal form, in duplicate, with proposal security equal to at least 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds and acceptable insurance. Work is to begin on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and be completed by February 25, 2027.
