Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is purchasing one brand-name Emerson Flexim FLUXUS G631EE dual-channel portable clamp-on ultrasonic flow and energy meter system. The firm-fixed-price supply requirement includes the transmitter kit, liquid and gas transducer pairs covering multiple pipe sizes and frequencies, mounting fixtures, temperature-probe fasteners, matched Pt1000 clamp-on temperature probes, an ultrasonic wall-thickness probe, pipe-damping material, coupling materials, carrying and charging accessories, documentation, software, and applicable tariff surcharge. The system must support non-invasive measurement of gas and liquid flow, thermal-energy computation, data logging, and operation on rechargeable battery and AC power. The solicitation requires the specified Emerson/Flexim brand and model. The contractor must provide pricing for all contract line items, include FOB destination in the offered price, and ship the complete system to Bonneville Lock and Dam within 30 calendar days after award. The equipment is subject to a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty and must be delivered during the stated receiving hours.
